I would love to rate this app 4 or 5 stars, but in my experience so far there aren’t a lot of features, this is obviously based on my experience with only one earbuds, so I’m sure if I used other earbuds I would have a different experience, but the FreeClips cost $200, there’s no reason for them not to have custom EQs and other features, the earbuds themselves are great, but they’re held back by a lack of features
What a waste
I really wanted to support HUAWEI. But this company just doesn’t care about its customers. I bought several Mate cellphones which used to be good, and more recently the Freebuds 3 over EarPods pro. I spend thousands on ear pieces and I could tell the freebuds have lots of issues. HUAWEI supported with firmware updates to fix bugs for a very limited time. And now it dropped the support completely. The noise canceling remains a joke and started making buzz noise, like electric whining. When it comes out it was the same price range with EarPod pro. Now EarPods pro is still one of the best while these freedbuds worth nothing. I’m going to stay away from HUAWEI as far as possible. Just for your reference
The app doesn’t support HUAWEI freeBuds 3i
The app overall is user friendly and easy to navigate, I use it for my mobile wifi. but I was very disappointed when I found out if doesn’t support my headphones. I believe the app should support all their products. So hoping for an update soon where they add the freeBuds 3i.
