CareAware Connect Inpatient

CareAware Connect Inpatient for iPhone empowers the clinician to make informed decisions faster by pushing patient information for assigned patients to caregivers. A subset of clinical information, results and patient information, from the Electronic Health Record (EHR) is available for reference on the go throughout the hospital. Notification of new orders and results from the EHR streamlines care and eliminates inefficiencies.

With CareAware Connect Inpatient, caregivers can review information in context of their patients:
• Most recent vital signs and measurements
• Allergies and details
• New/STAT orders and Abnormal/Critical laboratory results

CareAware Connect for iPhone and CareAware Connect Inpatient for iPhone work together seamlessly to ensure communication and coordination between clinicians.
