The Chain Matrix app is used in residential conveyancing, legal property matters; where there is a chain of properties that need to exchange and complete at the same time. The app will give a basic overview of the status of all the properties within a client’s chain of properties. The basic overview will show whether the 5 main stages have been completed, or not, for that particular property.
