NISCs iVUE AppSuite E&O enables your utility or telecommunication employees to perform their work in a mobile environment; from the field, during after hours, or modify information while being disconnected or connected to Wi-Fi or 3G/4G. Manage outages and complete tasks using your maps with just a swipe of the finger.
Outage Management
- View outage locations and details
- Add, update, and restore outages
- View details on all affected customers and phone calls
- Assign crews and add notes

- Exchange meters
- Read meters
- Disconnect meters for non-payment
- Locates
Map Viewer
- View and query maps, even when disconnected
- View work orders, staking sheets, and estimate reports
Note: for those using AVL functionality, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
