An updated and new version of the popular app MammaMage including more training for the whole body.
Our original version will be available for a while so that current users may continue their training.
If you are a new user, MammaMage is an app for you. If you are already have MammaMage but would like more programs or an updated version, then this app is also for you.

BEGINNERS PROGRAM
When downloading the app you will receive MammaMage exercises that focus on;
Easy core muscles, including pelvic floor muscles and breathing.
Unpretentious home training without any equipment.
An easy start to find the initial muscle activity.
Every level offers increased challenge.
Between every level a test will be performed.
After 20 minutes a new training session can be registered.

EXERCISES
May be previewed in videos or pictures.
A timer keeps track of time.
A reminder function to exercise.
More detailed information about the exercises is available.
A possibility to mark exercises as favorites.

MORE PROGRAMS

“ Mammastrength “ exercises that strengthen the buttocks, back, legs, shoulders and more.
Body weight or resistance bands are used
