FAQs

1. How do I add a badge to my Apple Watch?
If your mobile device is already connected to your Apple Watch, the retrieved badge will sync automatically. If you connect your Apple Watch after retrieving the badge, please contact your organizations administrator to reissue it. Then, complete login verification and retrieve your badge again.

2. Why does the screen say "No badge available for retrieval"?
If you did not retrieve your badge within the specified period, the system will indicate that it is no longer available. Please contact your organizations administrator for further assistance.

3. Can I store multiple badges from the same organization on one phone?
Currently, you cannot store multiple badges from the same organization on the same device. If your Apple Wallet already contains a badge from that organization, please remove the existing one before retrieving a new badge.
