The Victron Connect app allows you to connect to a Victron VE.Direct Bluetooth LE dongle to get live status info from a Victron BMV Battery Monitor or Victron MPPT BlueSolar Charger.
This app requires iOS 8 or up and Bluetooth Low Energy, which is supported on the iPhone 4S and up, iPad Air and iPad Mini (3rd and 4th generation).
